The Results Are In!

Last week, registered members voted to decide which issues DoSomethingAboutIt.org.uk will focus on between now and the general election. Stopping climate change was members' number one priority, closely followed by building a fairer economy - with a number of you remarking that the two were inseparable. Protection of civil liberties and electoral and parliamentary reform received almost identical levels of support, each gaining 14% of the first choice vote, with civil liberties marginally ahead. Among the more popular 'other' topics suggested by members were investment in transport infrastructure, a review of anti-drugs legislation, and increases in the minimum wage.
